As of March 26, 2020, the State of Connecticut identified GreatBlue Research an “essential business” due to our extensive work in the healthcare, utility, and municipal services space. This means we are able to keep our call center functioning to meet critical obligations. For the foreseeable future however, we will be operating our call center with the primary function of accomplishing key client needs while, most importantly, protecting our employees.
These steps include staggering all shift times to minimize the number of employees working at any one time, leaving no less than 15 feet in between employee’s work spaces, and thoroughly sanitizing our call center and office space continuously. We continue to follow established health and safety guidelines, and comply with the rapidly changing national, regional, and local directives.
We are prioritizing all essential healthcare and utility data collection efforts during this period. That being said, in an effort to ensure all safety precautions are successful, we are asking for continued flexibility and patience as we all navigate these unprecedented times together.
