In light of the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we wanted to take a moment to update you on the steps and precautions our business is taking. Early last week our leadership team met to review our business continuity plan and update it accordingly based on the unique circumstances we are all facing. 

First and foremost, our top priority lies in protecting the well-being of our employees, clients, and partners. We have suspended all out of state air travel and are reviewing all out of office meetings on a case by case basis. Our team’s goal is to continue completing projects and providing the highest quality research deliverables and experience you expect from us. 

Our business continuity plan accomplishes both objectives with procedures in place that allow our employees to work to their full capacity remotely and the abilities to keep projects moving forward with no interruption. While we take great pride in our in-house call center, our technology also allows our researchers to operate remotely, while ensuring consistent capacity, quality, and security. 

At this time, there has not been any impact on our day to day business operations. We are continuing to maintain the quality of our work and meet deadlines for our clients nationwide. As a firm built on collecting and interpreting data, we take it very seriously. We are constantly assessing the available data and information surrounding this developing situation and will continue to follow national and local guidelines.
